Restaurant submission is FREE to all restaurants in Danville and the surrounding areas. For restaurants that don't already have a web presence, this website will provide one for them at no charge. For restaurants that already have a website, this will provide them with additional coverage. A link to their own website can be placed on their danvilleeats.com page. One page is allowed per restaurant and the web address pointing to their restaurant info would be for example, www.danvilleeats.com/at/yourrestaurant.php

It is recommended that you try and gather as much information as you can about your services and your restaurant, such as a menu (required, except for chain restaurants that have menus on corporate websites), prices, hours of operation, whether you cater, accept credit cards, parties, banquets, music, delivery, carry out, take reservations, serve alcohol, have drive through service, have a great location, provide unique meals, or great prices, phone number, address, directions and any other amenities that you would obviously want the dining public to know about.

As stated above, a menu is required to pull the key meals, offerings and services from your menu, to be placed on your restaurant's web page. People want to see what a restaurant is offering in their menu. The menu does not have to be in detail, but most definitely can be.

Creation and updating of the menu and/or information can done as needed by the restaurant by emailing the desired change(s) or by creating the desired layout in Microsoft Word or Excel, and emailing it to danvilleeats@adelphia.net. Changes will be posted to the website ASAP.

If you prefer, you can email us with a request to come by and pick up your menu. We will then place a copy of it on the web site. Keywords will be taken from the menu to be placed on the page for the internal search engine to use. If you would like to add or remove keywords from your restaurant's page, just email us with the changes that you would like to have made and they will be done ASAP.

Note: Advantages of sending a text file menu is that the complete menu will be searchable from the internal search.
